Company Organization

Our company currently operates a full service warehouse in the Rochester area. 

We perform our services using a combination of full time and part time personnel and contract labor.

WDMS traces its roots back to 1961.

During the last 49 years, the President of the company has operated a public warehouse and has expertise in every phase of material handling, storage and distribution.

Our Management team has over 100 years experience in the fields of warehousing and transportation

Samuel Rizzari has a background in inventory control and storage dating back to 1981.  
Mr. Rizzari has a B.A. in accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.

 Thomas Bernard has a background in warehousing, transportation and customer service dating back to 1971.  Mr. Bernard has extensive experience in the storage of chemicals.  
Mr. Bernard has a degree in computer technology from Monroe Community College.		 Francis C. Argento, Sr., President of Warehousing & Distributive Management Services, Inc. started his first public warehousing company in 1961 and has worked actively in the public warehousing industry for the past 49 years.  
Mr. Argento has a B.A. in Economics
from St. John Fisher College

FOR SHIPPING 8 AM TO 4:30 PM

For the convenience of truckers, and customers who will pick up, it is most helpful if you can notify us 24 hours in advance. 
 In case of customers needing same-day withdrawal, we can comply, although in a few cases there may be an additional charge for expedited service.

This telephone number is equipped with a voice mailbox for after-hours use.  
We can arrange to provide a 24 hour emergency number for accounts requiring that type of service
FOR RECEIVING We try to keep receiving to the hours of 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

For the convenience of all, appointments should be made for all inbound receipts but most especially for receipts of 200 pieces or more or 10,000 lbs or more.  
Truckers should be instructed to call (585) 328-1000 prior to delivery.

All goods received for storage are subject to the contract terms and conditions as stated on the Non-Negotiable Warehouse Receipts which we issue to the owner of the goods, upon receipt.

We can comply with a customer's needs to make exceptions to shipping and receiving hours with advance notice.  Some instances may incur an extra charge, which, if applicable, will be by arrangement with the account and only upon the account's authorization.  Expedited orders, likewise, may incur an extra chare.
RATES We  quote general rates upon request and provide specific rates for programs tailored to specific needs.
